If you’re involved in a dispute within or outside of the court system, you should consider mediation. In Ottawa, Toronto and Windsor, parties to most civil cases commenced in Superior Court are required to mediate before going to trial.
Ed Pundyk offers mediation services to parties involved in civil actions as well as those who wish to avoid the litigation process entirely. With over 20 years of experience as a litigation lawyer at the Ottawa office of a large national firm and more than 6 years as a sole-practitioner mediator, Ed can provide a professional, enlightened, but relaxed approach to resolving conflicts with integrity in a wide range of areas, including wrongful dismissal, breach of contract, personal injury, negligence, libel and slander and wills and estates.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
Ed holds an Alternative Dispute Resolution Certificate from The Canadian International Institute of Applied Negotiation and is a member of the ADR Institute of Ontario (“ADRIO”) and the ADR Institute of Canada (“ADRIC”).
